Hey friends , here i will be discussing on how to prepare for Interview from a fresher's perspective.Being a fresher you must be having a lot of queries regarding interview preparation. Just follow the following steps -
1. Prepare yourself for the commonly asked questions like tell me something about yourself ,how do you define success and failure ,give an instance where you showed leadership skills. You should prepare answers to such questions before appearing for an interview.It will be very difficult to frame an answer on the spot.
2. Know the facts and figures about the company - It is very important to know details about the company and the job you are applying for , having knowledge about the company will be an advantage ,it shows that you have done your homework
3. Read current affairs , solve puzzles and riddles- Interviewers often ask puzzles to test your IQ.
4. Dress well and be confident on the day of interview- You must look smart ,wear formals and other accessories like wrist watch and belt , make sure you have polished your shoes . And most importantly wear a smile on your face and be confident .
