The top 4 do not need any introduction .I'll tell you about the last two MeetUp and Tumblr
Meetup is good if you love to meetup people in real.Here you create groups for people having similar interests and decide a meeting or get together. And only members of the group can join the event. This app is good for people conducting seminars.
Tumblr is gaining popularity and has a good number of users.This is a blogging website where you can write blogs,follow other bloggers,share photos,audio,video,links and your favorite quotes.It also has the like feature of facebook and retweet feature of twitter.You can aslo have custom domain name.Wow that's cool. In a nut shell you can think of Tumblr as an amalgam of Twitter ,Facebook and Blogspot .
I would suggest you to use all these apps individually and not to use any all in one app to update your profiles.
